Darias Dash Privacy Policy

The app

This policy applies to the Darias Dash Android app published by DariasApp (package: com.dariasapp.dariasdash). Contact: dariast34@gmail.com.

Darias Dash speed-tests public DNS resolvers on your phone and applies the fastest one. The Ad-block tab tests ad-blocking resolvers. The DNS list is not shown to the user.

Accounts and data we collect

The app does not create an account and does not send your name, email, or phone number to a DariasApp server. Language preference is stored on the device.

Local VPN / DNS

Android asks for VPN permission once so DNS can be changed. Darias Dash uses that permission only to apply the selected DNS servers. We do not route all of your traffic through our servers, we do not keep browsing history, and we do not upload DNS queries to a DariasApp account.

The speed test sends short DNS queries to public resolvers. Results stay on the device so the winner can be chosen.

Ads and Google AdMob

The app may show a Google AdMob interstitial when it opens. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process IP address, advertising ID, device information, and app interactions under Google’s policies for serving, measuring, and (where consent allows) personalizing ads.

In required regions, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) asks for ad preferences. You can reopen that choice from Ad privacy in the app.

Children

Darias Dash is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Retention

Language and connection state on the device are removed when the app is uninstalled. Retention of Google advertising data follows Google’s policies.
